RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To begin a return please email us at hello@kanuevue.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be unaltered
- All original tags must still be attached
- Item must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and pet hair
- Item must be in original resalable condition
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense and store credit will not be issued.
REFUND TYPE
All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Kanuevue purchase. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds back to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size when inventory is available. Please email hello@kanuevue.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If your requested size is unavailable store credit will be issued instead.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Sale and discounted items
- Items purchased with a promotional code of 20% or more
- Accessories
- Any item marked Final Sale at time of purchase
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped via USPS only. We are unable to accept returns shipped through UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier. Please use a trackable USPS shipping method when sending your return as Kanuevue is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages without tracking confirmation. Once your return is approved we will provide you with the return shipping address.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email notification when your store credit has been applied.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please email us at hello@kanuevue.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will take care of you and make it right.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only within 1 hour of purchase. Please email hello@kanuevue.com immediately if you need to cancel. After 1 hour, your order may already be processing and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
