We currently ship within the United States only.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping notification.

We keep shipping simple and affordable.

- Free Shipping 5 to 8 business days — Orders $75 and over
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Kanuevue is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Kanuevue is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kanuevue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We also recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office before filing a claim. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@kanuevue.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of purchase. Please email hello@kanuevue.com immediately if you need to make a change. After 1 hour your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
